Getting started
We have a brief, no-obligation call to talk about what's brought you here and whether we might be a good fit. There's no pressure and no commitment required.
If we decide to work together, we'll begin with a thorough assessment so I can understand your situation fully and tailor the approach to you.
We work together at a pace that suits you, using evidence-based approaches to help you process, understand, and move forward.
Session formats
Available in Inverness, in a calm and confidential setting. Ideal if you prefer face-to-face contact and live within reach of the city.
Available across Scotland via secure video call. Particularly helpful if you live in a rural area, have mobility challenges, or simply prefer the flexibility of attending from home.
The free 10-minute consultation is a chance to ask questions, share a little about what's brought you here, and see whether working together feels right — with no obligation on either side.
Initial therapy sessions are £125 per hour.
