What I offer

Specialist Clinical Psychology

I offer evidence-based (NICE and SIGN national guidance) one-to-one psychological therapy for adults experiencing a range of difficulties — EMDR, CFT, ACT, CBT and a systemic approach to recovery. Sessions are available in person in Inverness or remotely via secure video call.
